This single family home addition is a completely custom design. I worked with a small team to come up with the design concepts and create all of the drawings for the project. I created all of the renderings and also utilized tools like the Ipad to provide interactive presentations for the clients. This helped to ensure the clients understood the design concept and that we were meeting all of their needs. 

 

Below are two videos that I quickly created as a test. One is from Revit, and the other was from a free Lumion download. I wanted to test out Lumion to see how good the program was and see if it would be worth the investment. I am always looking for new and more efficient ways of doing things. I see the value in new software and take the time to research and find out faster and more effective ways of creating models or presentations.
